Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. Whether you are a patient, clinician, student, or someone simply interested in learning more, I hope you find the information here both helpful and reliable.
For those who don’t know me yet, I am a physiotherapist, educator, and researcher with a particular interest in musculoskeletal health, education for healthcare professionals, and the management of lymphoedema. Over the course of my career, I have worked across clinical practice, university teaching, and research, with a constant focus on improving care, accessibility, and outcomes for individuals living with chronic and complex health conditions.
I developed this website to serve as an evidence-based information hub, bringing together resources, research updates, educational materials, and practical tools across the areas I work in. Whether you are looking for guidance on physiotherapy approaches, educational resources for students and clinicians, or up-to-date information on lymphoedema management, you’ll find a growing library of materials here.
You may also notice that the lymphoedema section of the website is still under development. This is intentional — I am currently working on designing and implementing a remote model of care for lymphoedema management. My goal is to create accessible, affordable options for individuals who face barriers to care, whether due to geographical isolation, financial limitations, or a lack of available services in their area.
I believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, evidence-informed healthcare, regardless of where they live or their circumstances. This website is just one small step toward improving that access.
Each month, I will be sharing evidence-informed insights, clinical updates, and practical resources across the areas I work in — including physiotherapy, education for health professionals, and lymphoedema management. My goal is to provide reliable, accessible information that supports learning, enhances clinical practice, and empowers individuals seeking to better understand their health.
I hope you find these monthly posts both informative and practical, whether you are a clinician, student, researcher, or someone living with a chronic health condition.
Cheers, Luke
